Annual Update
The 2006 Annual Update of Demographic, Revenue and
Expenditures Modules and Growth Scenarios was adopted by
the Board of Supervisors in February 2007. The update shows
demographic, revenue, and expenditure modules and growth
scenarios for Loudoun County. The Fiscal Impact Committee
developed the 2006 Annual Update, which reflects the review and
analysis of key demographic inputs and assumptions that
significantly affect residential and nonresidential
forecasts for Loudoun County.
A summary of the forecasted population, housing units,
households, and employment for Loudoun County through 2030
is found in this document. These forecasts were submitted to
the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments for
review as part of the Round 7.1 regional demographic update.
