The Loudoun County Surplus Store is located at 14
Cardinal Park Drive, Suite 106 in Leesburg.
The store has expanded its hours of operation to
include the first and third Wednesday and
Friday of each month and
the last Saturday of the month. The store is open on
each of these days from 9:00 a.m. to
2:00 p.m.
The store sells excess county property. The
merchandise ranges from typical office items such as
computers, desks, and chairs to unclaimed items
confiscated by the sheriff’s department such as CD’s,
luggage, and Christmas ornaments.

Via Route 7
From the East
If you are coming to Leesburg from the
east on Route 7, you will take a left at the stoplight at
Cardinal Park Drive. Travel two-tenths of a mile on Cardinal
Park Drive. Turn left onto Cardinal Park Drive /Trailview
Boulevard. Follow Cardinal Park to the right. At the second
row of buildings, turn right. Suite 106 will be toward the end
of the row on the left.
From the West
If you are traveling from the west on Route 7,
turn right at the stoplight at Cardinal Park Drive. Travel
two-tenths of a mile on Cardinal Park Drive. Turn left onto
Cardinal Park Drive/Trailview Boulevard. Follow Cardinal Park
to the right. At the second row of buildings, turn right.
Suite 106 will be toward the end of the row on the left.
Via the Dulles Greenway
If you take the Dulles Toll Road/Greenway (Rt.
267) to Leesburg, bear right when you get to the end of the
Greenway, heading north onto the Route 7 Bypass (sign says
Frederick, MD). Proceed through the first stoplight, then take
the exit for Route 7 East. Follow for one-tenth of a mile. At
stoplight, turn right on Cardinal Park Drive. Travel
two-tenths of a mile. Turn left onto Cardinal Park Drive/Trailview
Boulevard. Follow Cardinal Park to the right. At the second
row of buildings, turn right. Suite 106 will be toward the end
of the row on the left.
